Who operates the carriage?
Every ride is fulfilled by an independent licensed carriage owner and driver. They remain responsible for the horse, carriage, insurance, safety procedures, and compliance with New York City operating rules.
What happens if carriage service is suspended or unavailable?
You may move the experience to another eligible date, receive a refund for the unavailable service, or switch to a private pedicab experience. We never operate a carriage experience when the assigned partner cannot legally or safely provide it.
Can photography or a proposal be added to the ride?
Yes. The Carriage Photo Experience adds a professional photographer and planned portrait stops. The Proposal Carriage Experience adds discreet timing and route coordination around the proposal moment.
